What happens if I book a slot and then want to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to cancel your booked slot you may reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund, providing you do not cancel very close to your appointment date so that we have little or no chance of reusing it. Please see our refund policy above the ‘View Calendar’ button.
